Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy is provided by Synaping Inc. (“Synaping,” “we,” “us”) under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law and Connecticut’s consumer health data provisions, and it applies to the Dewring app for iPhone (the “App”) and dewring.com. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data we collect

We don’t collect consumer health data. The cycle log you keep in Dewring (period days and flow, symptoms, notes, temperatures, ovulation tests, medicines and the things that helped you) is health data, and it stays on your iPhone. It doesn’t come to us.

Where it comes from, and how it is used

It comes from you, and from Apple Health if you connect it and choose what to share. The App uses it only on your device, to show your calendar, your estimates and your garden.

Sharing and selling

We don’t share or sell consumer health data, and we have none to share or sell. It leaves your device only when you export or share it yourself, and then it goes only where you send it.

We don’t use geofences around health care facilities, and we don’t use consumer health data for advertising.

Consent

If we ever offer a feature that would collect or share consumer health data, we will ask for your separate, express consent before doing so, as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data and to access it, to withdraw consent, and to have it deleted. Because your log stays on your device, you can access, export and delete it yourself in the App at any time. To make a request about information we hold, email privacy@synap.ing. We will respond within the time the law requires. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will respond to the appeal in writing and, if we deny it, tell you how to contact the Washington State Attorney General or your state’s attorney general.
